Please fll out an RMA request as soon as possible. We have a Free Parts For Life program for wearable parts. We will replace if there is a manufacturing defect reported within the first 2 years of ownership, No refunds. Manufacturing defects only, must contain all parts, original packaging, and in hygienic and non-bio-hazard condition.
