My children didn't really like exercising until I found the Leslie Sansone Walking DVD's. Now they are right there wtih me and we're having fun together with our own made up names of Leslie's different steps/moves like: the "Space Invaders" (Atari's fun game)(You'll see what I mean when you get them.)or when we aren't moving the same way we like to say "You're messing up my Groove" or "Don't mess with the Emporer's Grove.
Get fit and have fun relationship building times exercising together in the comfort of your own home. Sometimes we even watch a video on one TV and have the exercise DVD on another. If you have a laptop DVD player or one of those small TV's with a VCR this works great. After you've done the exercise video/DVD a few times so you know what you're doing, just pop in a movie and turn the exercise video down and take a glance at the mostly silent walking video- It works! Laughing and Exercising at the same time? It is great!
